Album: Twelve Jazzy, Housey, Lounge Jointz

If you guys have listened to Raw Radio, you would have heard of one of the hosts was Larry "Il Lusciato" Krayn. Some may not know that he is a musical artist from New Jersey. Maybe you'll be shock he usually releases hip hop albums, but that is not what he only creates. He has always produced jazz influenced beats and he decided to take it a bit further. This is an instrumental album that he always wanted to do and worked on it on and off from 2004. There are no samples only original instrumentation.

Larry had to say this about his album, "I believe any true musician should start expanding and showcasing different styles and genre's. This type of experimental/electro-jazz music is something I've always enjoyed doing and I'm glad that the final collection has become so widely available."

Now we both know that this isn't going to be everybody's cup of tea, but I think you can appreciate the creativity and originality. I spoke to Larry yesterday and we both agreed that an artist should always continue to grow. So you can purchase this album at iTunes for $10 or grab a song that you like for $0.99. Here's another reason to listen to Raw Radio

If you needed a reason to listen to Raw Radio, this well written article from YeahNewYork.com  should help convince you. It explains their beginnings and how they started, plus I get a mention. I get a mention as one of their favorite guests. Woohoo! Either way this should give you a bit of an insight of the creative, insightful, and vulgar minds that are Raw Radio. They may not be for everyone, but give them a listen maybe you find one of their serious discussions insightful or their rants funny. Who knows maybe I'll be on the show again as a guest feature and I'll explain how to win a Branded Baron tee. ::wink wink:: They definitely are a bunch of characters. They should be releasing a new episode for their online podcast next week.

Raw Radio Preview Video

IF you didn't know, now you will. Branded Baron sponsors the online radio podcast "Raw Radio Online", which is more of a guy talk/howard stern-ish type of talk show w/ humorous banter. This video is a preview of what's to come and it doesn't show the greatness of the episode, it's a mere taste.

RAW RADIO Online-Sponsored radio show

On one side you have "Stunningly Fresh" and on the other side there's "grimey" and "raw". Both go hand in hand, they're yin and yang. Since, life isn't always fresh it's only right to show some of the rawness. Here comes the online radio podcast "Raw Radio", which is a highly entertaining, sometimes politically incorrect, sometimes politically correct, shock radio. I've stumbled across it, when one of the hosts was originally appearing as a guest. I've tuned in and it's quite funny with their ranting and raving with little excerpts that remind me of vintage "The Man Show"...sometimes. I will say it's not for everyone, but you may grow to like it. They have an in your face view on the world, but you have to listen and judge.

Tonight will be the newest episode of Raw Radio and they'll be coming out guns blazing. If you go iTunes and listen from the first episode to when you listen tonight or the latest episode, you'll see that it is becoming a very more professional show. Who knows maybe I'll be interviewed on the show. I'm sure I have some raw Branded Baron stories.
