Friday the 13th sale

Happy Friday the 13th! Prices are slashed down to $13 on many items and it'll be unlucky to miss out.

Here are a couple Friday the 13th trivia
-Tupac Shakur died on Friday September 13, 1996
-Al Capone was sentenced to prison on a Friday the 13th.
-Hubert Humphrey, the 38th vice president of the United States, died on a Friday the 13th.
-Paraskevidekatriaphobia is the fear of Friday the 13th.
-One superstition is  walking around the house 13 times on this day helps keep the evils away.
-In 2008 Dutch statisticians have established that Friday 13th, a date regarded in many countries as inauspicious, is actually safer than an average Friday.

 Also, another interesting tidbit, one Friday the 13th I was in a very severe car accident where I got it driver's side by a SUV. I didn't break a bone, but everything internally was beat up pretty bad. I was in college when it happened(no I was not drinking, but on the way to train martial arts), but there were so many of my friends visiting me and all of them being young, someone working at the hospital asked my friend if a celebrity was staying there. lol I WAS the celebrity. lol That was a very brief personal Friday the 13th tidbit about me. What's next? New Beanies? Stickers?

Hey everyone! I hope you had a great holiday, whether you celebrated Festivus or Christmas. It was cool to be informed by those who received some Branded Baron as Christmas presents. For those that want some BB, hopefully you received some Christmas money where you can have a chance to pick a shirt up.
Either way as long as it was a great day spent with those you care about.

I received a nice book from my girlfriend which is Reworked by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson from the software company 37 Signals. I've read articles on Inc.com from Jason Fried and I liked what he had to say and I'm definitely enjoying reading this book. I enjoy the unorthodox approach that some successful businessmen have, compared to the by the book people. It's inspirational, because the bottom line is there's no correct way to be successful.

While I'm reading the book, I kept thinking about Branded Baron and how I want to proceed with it. What will we release next? I'm curious to know what your thoughts are? On our facebook page we have a topic on the discussion board that you can answer. Click here to comment on the discussion I've had some people suggest some items on twitter. Well a popular item, which makes sense since it winter is beanies. We had a small limited amount on beanies last year(shown above). Yes, it was the logo embroidered on the beanie, but maybe we'll release a new design for it. What are your thoughts? Maybe you want new stickers. I know I'd like to see some new designs on stickers or some of our designs on stickers. Let us know what you want, especially for the coming spring and summer. I'll try to make sure we accommodate as best as possible to keep it stunningly fresh. Who knows maybe you love the direction we've been headed and don't want anything different. I'd love your input.

Urban Legends Shop in West New York, NJ has Branded Baron apparel

Happy Monday, Everyone! I know everyone's not a fan of Monday, but hopefully it'll be all good. If you saw the Branded Baron facebook and/or twitter the other day, you would've noticed that Branded Baron apparel can be bought at Urban Legends Shop in West New York, NJ. It's a really cool skate shop. They have apparel, custom skate decks, trucks, wheels, stickers, sneakers, and more at the store. Also, if you have a son, daughter, niece, nephew, or anyone interested in learning how to skateboard and do tricks, you can go there and book a lesson with Blis, their skate pro. He'll take you to the skatepark that's down the block. The owner, Rob, is a cool guy and so is Blis, so you can stop by and chill there for a bit. It definitely has a nice feel when you enter, with the brightly painted walls, graffiti painted canvases, a clean look with some fresh gear. It's definitely a cool urban boutique and you should check it out if you're in the area.
