Photo shoot with rock band Mother

Hey everyone! Yesterday I had the pleasure to go on a photo shoot with the band Mother. They needed shots for their album(which I'm helping them out with the design layout) and I tagged along to shoot some behind the scenes stuff, plus add my art direction input. They have their album release show at the end of the month and they needed this done to get in the album asap. The location of the shoot was at Grand Central Station in Manhattan and there were quite a couple spots that were nice places to shoot. It was cool that the photographer for this shoot was the drummer's sister, so everything definitely had a grassroots DIY feel. Yes, there were a couple times where one or two members of the band rocking Branded Baron, so you know it gives them that extra awesome stunningly fresh edge that they need. lol But seriously. It was fun and everyone had a good time. Check out the video and the song in it is their single "As you run". I do have another video to post, but I'll post that tomorrow.

Mother's single "As You Run"

The rock band Mother released their single "As You Run" earlier today and as a supporter I recommend you check it out. They're big Branded Baron supporters and I've been cool with them for a long time. 2 of the 4 were originally from the band Zodiac, which I promoted in the early days of Branded Baron and now they moved on with another 2 bandmates to create some good hard rock. You can catch them performing regularly in Philly and NYC, but they will be traveling more often to other states. You can check them out on their facebook http://www.facebook.com/motherband.

Branded Baron New Sponsored Band is Croatia's "TOST"

The music just keeps on coming! This time, we're going international with the Croatian band TOST. TOST would fall somewhere in the categories of hardcore rock and punk. You may be wondering why Branded Baron would go for a Croatian band and a good ol' fashion American band? Well music is universal and we support music from all over. We do have people rocking Branded Baron across the globe and this is one band that stood out for us. Why can't we share some of the talented bands that are across the seas? There's great potential in this band and they should be given a chance. This upcoming band had an EP in 2007, but now working on a full length album. Expect to see some Branded Baron shirts in their upcoming music video.
