New Branded Baron stickers on the way!

Here are new Branded Baron stickers that will be up for sale soon, BUT anyone who orders any Branded Baron item (t-shirt, button, belt, etc.) will receive these stickers in their package. Branded Baron packages will always have some nice little goodies, but this weekend will guarantee you this sticker. This Statue of Liberty sticker is one of the coolest stickers that we've had printed up. I'll give you a meaning behind the design when this t-shirt is ready for sale.

Cool review

I was sent this review from a friend of mine, Sean. He wrote up a review of his thoughts on Branded Baron and shared it to the world on his tumblr account. I didn't expect it and he wrote nice article about it. I definitely appreciate it, I am flattered, and it was cool to see this. I definitely enjoyed that he used humor here and there, but was straight to the point too. I think next time, I have to get Sean to take a picture of him wearing a Branded Baron tee.

Music Monday: Cunninlynguists "Looking Back" acoustic f Anna Wise of Sonnymoon

It is Music Monday and I thought it would be appropriate to show you guys a video of one of my favorite hip hop groups, the Cunninlynguists. I still believe they have one of the greatest names, but XXL thought it was one of the worst names a couple of years ago. Whatever. I've been a fan since I was a sophomore in high school I believe. Yea, I've been a fan of theirs for about 9 or 10 years. I think they've progressed from their early days of straight rappity rap to making mature music. Kno is one of the greatest producers and always lays down a great beat. Deacon the Villain, Kno, and the newest member Natti always do their thing on the microphone. Another thing I always liked is they always have some very well illustrated album covers.

The video I posted is an acoustic performance from their 5th studio album "Oneirology". This video features Anna Wise of Sonnymoon singing. Sneaker Con Video Recap March 19, 2011

Sneaker Con came back around and it was cool. It was cool before and it still was. My boy Chi, his girl, and my girl came by to help out this time around. One thing I noticed was that there were a ton of t-shirt brands at the event this time around. It was a okay, because we sold a bunch of tees. I hate the fact that I didn't have certain sizes when someone came by, because someone bought it earlier. Hey, I want everyone to go home with a Branded Baron tee. I had to reprint the Don't be a hypebeast t-shirt, because time crept up on me and I wasn't able to create a new design. I will be turning the "Don't be a hypebeast" into a series with new monsters and with colors to rock with a hot sneaker.

Check out the video and you'll see a glimpse of what happened there. Maybe the last video recap of Sneaker Con was better or maybe this new one is a little bit better. Sneaker Con March 19, 2011

Hey, Everyone! Sneaker Con is back again and I'll be there selling Branded Baron apparel, so you can look stunningly fresh while you match your sneakers. If you're a sneakerhead, I think this is an event you may want to check out. If you want to come by and say "hello" then by all means come through. TeeMadness 2011

Hey everyone, it's time for the Tee Madness! For those that do not know is Tee Madness is a March Madness competition between other independent t-shirt brands. The 1st place prize for the winning brand is    free printing for more t-shirts and stickers. Those will be given away to all Branded Baron fans and trust me those will be exclusive designs for sure! Even if Branded Baron makes the Elite 8, that $25 Visa Gift Card will be given away to one lucky Branded Baron follower.

Music Monday: Rapper Okwerdz & Rock band Tost wearing Branded Baron

Music Monday is in effect today! The west coast rapper Okwerdz uploaded a new video today of his chronicles in Stockholm with fellow rapper Dizaster. If you didn't know or haven't seen their video, they traveled over there for a 2 on 2 battle rap. That was a very entertaining battle, so check it out on his youtube page(youtube.com/okwerdz). He clearly shouts out Branded Baron while wearing the Stunningly Fresh t-shirt and he was interviewed for a Swedish television station rocking that. Now the other video I have for you today is by the band TOST. It's a video of them performing followed by an interview. So, most of you who follow Branded Baron mostly speak English, so if you're looking to understand what they're saying well you're like me when I first saw this video S.O.L. It's cool to see a performance and interview with the "To Live Is To Fight" t-shirt worn, but as a fan of music, I would've loved to know what they were saying. Like TOST on facebook and I have heard some songs by them in English. Either way music doesn't have to be a language barrier as long as the music touches the soul. Enjoy the video.

The Armory Show Recap

On Saturday Anderson of Bluu Dreams Clothing and I went into Manhattan to check out the Armory Art Show. We figured it'd be good inspiration, he also wanted to check out the art by Kaws, and I always like checking out art exhibits. We both drove in, which we realized was dumb, because it took a very long time, before we found parking spots. I think I pissed someone off when I was standing in a spot that I was holding for Anderson, whatever. One IMPORTANT thing you must know is if you have a student id make sure you have it on you. Well, that works if you're young and your id doesn't show when you graduate. My college ID doesn't have the year I graduated, so I'm always using it to get good deals such as for this event.

While we were checking out the event, we were just overwhelmed with how much art there was being exhibited. I mean I can say the same for museums, but went up and down each aisle. "What is Art?" is definitely a question that will always be asked, because there were so many traditional and non traditional/avant garde pieces. I mean there was a dead horse on a table? I don't know what to think, except it's going to piss and gross some people and I don't know if that's "art" or a stuffed dead horse on a table.  I've been on a watercolor phase for the past year and a half or so, so I appreciated those pieces. There definitely was a lot of talent shown.
